Return Eligibility

• All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.

FashionJet reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products returned without original packaging or tags.
• Personalized or customized products.
• Clearance, sale, or promotional items unless defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Once approved, the product must be shipped back as instructed.

Refund Policy

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we may offer:

Order Cancellation
